Press Release
Dallas, TX – SGA Natural Gas Association (SGA) announced a new collaboration with the Pipeliners Podcast, hosted by industry veteran Russel Treat, to elevate the voices and expertise of natural gas professionals across North America.
Under this new partnership, the Pipeliners Podcast will record live interviews at select SGA conferences beginning in 2026, including the Spring Gas Conference, Operations Conference, and Gas Machinery Conference (GMC). These episodes will feature SGA committee leaders, technical experts, and innovators sharing insights on topics such as safety, operations, technology, workforce development, and the future of natural gas.
“Russel and his team are trusted industry storytellers,” said Suzanne Ogle, President and CEO of SGA. “Their conversations make technical knowledge accessible, celebrate the people behind the work, and align perfectly with SGA’s mission to share, grow, and advance the natural gas industry.”
The collaboration builds on SGA’s growing portfolio of educational initiatives — including its All-Access live training platform, Campus by SGA eLearning system, and the work of its 50+ technical committees. By integrating these real-world stories and expert voices into public podcast episodes, SGA aims to expand industry learning beyond the conference and committee room and into the broader professional community.
Russel Treat, Host of the Pipeliners Podcast, added: “SGA is doing remarkable work to modernize how the industry shares knowledge. Partnering with them allows us to highlight the people and programs shaping the next generation of pipeline safety and performance.”
The partnership will kick off with a live recording booth at the 2026 Spring Gas Conference, followed by on-site interviews throughout the year. Both SGA and the Pipeliners Podcast will promote the featured episodes through their digital platforms and member networks.
