ANGE Program

Program Overview


Accredited Natural Gas Executive (ANGE) will enable high-potential industry leaders to benefit from intensive learning and leave equipped with new strategies to support them in the challenges ahead as they navigate the energy evolution.

The program is designed for diverse learning experiences such as face-to-face learning, short brainstorming sessions, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and technical applications. ANGE provides participants opportunities for intelligent and personal reflections on what it means to be a leader and to succeed as a thought leader and professional for organizations. Pre-readings and self-assessments encourage participants to reflect on their role in the organization and find opportunities for improvement.

Each participant will be assigned a seasoned natural gas executive as a coach and mentor.

Program participants will see their experience as a career milestone and a testament to their organization’s commitment to their professional development and building an industry-wide culture of learning and innovation.
