Emergency Response Planning refers to the systematic approach of preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergencies. It involves developing a comprehensive strategy to effectively respond to various emergencies by identifying potential risks, assessing their impact, and formulating practical solutions to mitigate those risks. The objective is to protect health, lives, property, and the environment during unforeseen situations such as fires, floods, or other crises.
