The Power of No: Reclaiming Control & Setting Boundaries

Virtual, Instructor-Led

Event Summary

Many professionals struggle to set clear boundaries, often overcommitting their time and energy due to competing demands, fear of conflict, or desire to support others. Without strong boundary-setting skills, it becomes difficult to prioritize effectively and maintain focus on what matters most.

This can lead to burnout, reduced productivity, and decreased effectiveness in both professional and personal responsibilities. Constant overextension weakens decision-making, creates stress, and limits the ability to perform at a high level or support others effectively.

This session provides practical strategies to develop assertiveness and use “no” as a constructive, empowering tool. It focuses on building self-awareness, recognizing personal limits, and communicating boundaries clearly—without damaging relationships or collaboration.

Participants will be able to prioritize their time more effectively, set clear expectations with colleagues, and navigate difficult conversations with confidence. They will leave with tools to protect their capacity, improve performance, and create healthier, more sustainable ways of working.
