nGenue AI Part 2: Operational Excellence & Revenue Protection: Turning Process Into Profit

Virtual, Instructor-Led

Presented by SGA Advance Partner, nGenue

Event Summary

Revenue rarely disappears because of one major event. More often, it slips away through small process failures that repeat every day.

Billing delays, fragmented workflows, manual data entry and inconsistent business processes create hidden revenue leakage that becomes increasingly costly as demand grows. Organizations that improve operational discipline are often able to strengthen profitability without increasing sales or expanding infrastructure.

This session explores where revenue leakage occurs across the natural gas value chain and how clean data, standardized processes and stronger operational controls improve financial performance. Participants will examine common vulnerabilities including billing friction, EDI errors, imbalance exposure and contract execution while learning how predictive performance measures improve liquidity and strengthen working capital.

Leaders will leave with practical approaches for turning operational efficiency into measurable financial results while building the data foundation required for future AI applications.

Attendees will receive [1] Professional Development Hour (PDH) upon completion.
