Meet the Presenter
Nancy Giere
Chief Learning Officer, SGA Natural Gas Association
Nancy Giere is a powerhouse learning strategist and keynote speaker, with over two decades of experience creating training programs that actually move the needle. She currently serves as the Chief Learning Officer for SGA Natural Gas Association, where she leads the Learning and Development team.
Nancy’s expertise runs deep across the energy sector. She has led teams to develop high-impact learning programs for Exxon Mobil, Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E), and Wisconsin Focus on Energy. Across every project, she’s known for delivering people-centered, process-savvy solutions that drive real-world results.
Her secret sauce? A blend of strategic insight, lighthearted humor, and the belief that learning should never be boring. She’s a longtime member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and Association for Talent Development (ATD), and the author of Bundle Your Brilliance: Turn Your Expertise into Profitable Online Courses.
When she’s not fixing onboarding, revamping retention strategies, or reimagining technical training, you’ll find her out on the water, working on a new needlework project, or negotiating snack policy with her not so miniature dachshund, Miss Moneypenne—who’s pretty sure she’s in charge.
