The purpose of the Young Professionals Taskforce is to provide opportunities to share in experiences, lessons learned, challenges, and successes of SGA member companies. This taskforce will bring member employees of all generations together, providing an open forum for better understanding the impact of generational issues and developing strategies to address the opportunities and challenges faced by a multi-generational workforce in the natural gas industry.
Who We Are? Diverse group of early career individuals from across the natural gas industry who are passionate about growing, training, and improving todays and tomorrow’s leaders.
What We Do? Provide an opportunity for young professionals to network and learn from each other through sharing ideas, best practice sharing and creating useful content for SGA though the lens of the younger generation.
Where We Meet? The Young professionals Taskforce meets virtually through webinars, in person at planning meetings and conferences, and for monthly committee calls.
