Natural gas is future-focused — but has its roots in ancient history. In 1000 BC, a goat herder discovered a burning natural gas seep on a mountain in Greece. Five-hundred years later, the Chinese innovatively used bamboo pipes to transport natural gas to boil sea water. Fast forward to today, the natural gas industry continues to push for new discoveries and innovate to a clean energy future.
