Banish Organizational Burnout – Cultivating Thriving Teams

Virtual, Instructor-Led

Event Summary

While individuals are often encouraged to manage their own stress, many organizations lack a structured approach to addressing burnout at the cultural and leadership level. Without intentional systems and leadership practices, burnout becomes embedded in the way work is designed and managed.

This can lead to disengagement, reduced productivity, increased turnover, and difficulty retaining top talent. Teams may feel unsupported, middle managers become overwhelmed, and organizational performance suffers as burnout impacts morale, collaboration, and overall effectiveness.

This program shifts the focus from individual responsibility to organizational accountability, providing leaders with practical strategies to create a culture that prevents burnout. It emphasizes leadership behaviors, team dynamics, and structural changes that support well-being, engagement, and sustainable performance.

Participants will be able to identify organizational drivers of burnout, implement leadership practices that support team well-being, and create environments where employees are motivated, engaged, and able to perform at their best. They will leave with actionable steps to strengthen culture, improve retention, and build thriving teams.
