nGenue AI Part 3: Intelligent Automation & Data Strategy: Scaling Without Scaling Headcount

Virtual, Instructor-Led

Presented by SGA Advance Partner, nGenue

Event Summary

Finding experienced talent has become one of the industry’s greatest operational challenges.

As experienced professionals retire and workloads continue to grow, organizations are looking for ways to increase capacity without proportionally increasing headcount. Success depends on more than implementing AI. It begins with reliable data, standardized workflows and automation that allows employees to focus on higher-value decisions.

This session examines how organizations can use intelligent automation and practical AI applications to improve operational performance while reducing manual effort. Participants will explore how centralized data supports scalable operations, where automation delivers the greatest value and why successful AI initiatives begin with strong data governance. Real-world examples demonstrate practical applications including imbalance forecasting, predictive maintenance and operational optimization.

The session provides leaders with a practical roadmap for expanding organizational capability while strengthening consistency, compliance and decision-making.

Attendees will receive [1] Professional Development Hour (PDH) upon completion.
