Presented by SGA Advance Partner, nGenue
Event Summary
Natural gas demand is growing, but stronger markets do not automatically translate into stronger margins.
Rising power demand from AI data centers, continued market volatility and increasing capital costs are placing new pressure on operational performance. Small inefficiencies that once had little impact can now reduce profitability through billing delays, scheduling errors, inconsistent data and manual processes that limit decision-making speed.
This executive session explores how organizations can strengthen operational resilience by building the foundation required for disciplined execution. Participants will examine where margin erosion occurs, why operational visibility depends on trusted data and how standardized processes prepare organizations for intelligent automation and AI. The session also addresses workforce challenges, including preserving institutional knowledge as experienced employees retire, and introduces a practical framework for evaluating operational readiness.
Designed for leaders responsible for strategy, operations and financial performance, this session provides practical guidance for strengthening profitability while preparing the organization for the next generation of technology-enabled growth.
Attendees will receive [1] Professional Development Hour (PDH) upon completion.
